Actually, there is no button in the iTunes window 'prominently' labeled, with the exception of the 'Browse' button. The rest of the buttons are just icons.
Granted, if you hover the mouse over them, you get a pop-up describing the button, and if you go through each menu, it's easy to find.

There's a button in iTunes prominently labeled "Shuffle" but regardless, didn't you see the topic just halfway down the forum page titled <a href="http://forums.appleinsider.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=3&t=000730"; target="_blank">iTunes Random Play... not so random</a>?
