ichat: can't see the video of my friend

Hi,

When two people chat using ichat but only one has a webcam is it possible for the one who doesn't have a webcam to see the video of the other. (I hope I'm clear enough) I know that the webcam works perfectly

I tried but I can't see the video of my friend
