Hi all,

trying to figure out how to do something. I have a program running in Virtual PC7 that requires (on a windows keyboard) pressing the pause key to bring up a fuller screen version of a document. problem is that the powerbook has no pause key. any ideas about how to simulate a pause key? i have checked in the virtual keyboard...no dice. short of installing some third party key program is there a direct way to do this ?

really appreciate any responses.

thanks

Try alt-b or alt-p. The pause key seems to be the same as the break key on a Windows keyboard.

It is hard figuring laptop keyboard keys out. I have a powerbook and I needed the delete key but laptops only have a backspace. Little did I know that alt-backspace = delete.

If it doesn't work, you could maybe try remapping keys using some Windows software.
