Yes, before you point it out, this is a UK promo for the 17th season.



Filmed entirely in the UK over 18 months, and according to the article linked above, approved by Matt Groening.



Still clever, though... and repeated viewing reveals a few more details...



Enjoy!

Pretty good continuity with the animated intro, despite different cars and a few other glitches (Marge could have bigger hair)



- Mr. Burns shakes his watch as Homer bails from work



- Lisa sits next to the flute playing twin sisters in the band



- Beethoven's bust in the music room as Lisa is booted out



- Krusty the clown's image in the TVs on the street as Bart boards past



- Moe and Barney on the street as Bart passes



Now, if only they actually did this in that real-world Simpsons House...

    Could they not find a better lisa and marge????



    Lisa and Marge always ruins anything to do with the simpsons...



    Oh look a simpsons episode where the storyline revolves around lisa and/or marge... CRAP!!!! *click to change channel*



    And 8 months to make something that is a minute long???? I hope the budget was at least low... otherwise they wasted their money and time.

    BTW, you know why "The Simpsons" is big in the UK???? The same reason that Jerry Lewis is big in France...



    Homer Simpson and Jerry Lewis represent the mass amount of retards in this country and while we laugh with it, they are laughing at us.... and I don't blame them. This country is filled with dumbf*cks, and if you disagree with me then you are not looking in the right places or YOU are one.

    The Simpsons is popular everywhere, and there are also dumbfucks everywhere.



    Beyond that, has anyone noticed that the house in the Simpsons intro is different than the one not in the intro? Bart skateboards off of a ledge that doesn't seem to exist outside of the intro.
