front row movies preview

Hi my friend has a mac in france and he would like to know why he can't access to the movies preview of front row?

    didn't work for me at first, but tried the next day & it did. after i choose to view a trailer, i still get the message that it isn't responding. i then push the space bar (pause/play) twice and it starts playing no problem.
