If Apple's DVD player cannot read a dvd, even if it is in the format of:

ISO 9660

ISO Level 1 or 2

and sometimes UDF

What can be done to fix this?

I've posted this before and haven't heard much....

But of course, the DVD player can play regular dvd's that you get from the store...

Suggestions? Help?

Thanks!!!!!

I would try VLC. But something tells me there is something up with your DVD.

I got one that had nasty encoding problems and I will never stick it in a PC. I don't know what was going on, but viruses did cross my mind. OK to play in a Mac though but still had problems.

Also, if it is a DVD+R, macs have problems with them. There are external burners, but Apple prefers DVD-R's.

it's definately a problem with the duplicator software..I'm not sure what settings I should make it so that it'll work on a Mac...

Try VLC or other DVD players and make sure it's just DVDPlayer.app's fault before trying anything else.
