Larger iPod Nanos?

Anybody care to speculate on the possibility and timing of larger iPodNanos?



I only want a music player, and don't care to view pictures or watch videos. 4 Gb is too little, but 30 Gb is way too much. Is Apple neglecting a potential market segment?

    The iPod nano was just refreshed less then a month ago with the introduction of the 1GB nano. Don't expect any revision to the nano until the fall?although nano sales are flat.

    Flash prices coming down - Nano storage coming up sometime soon to boost sales - nothing to do with 1GB Nano - which is a lure for potential shuffle buyers.



    2 to 4GB

    and 4 to 8GB prays.

    I'd love to swap my 60Gb video for a 40Gb Nano, but I'm guessing probably not for about 4 years! I wouldn't be too surprised to see an 8Gb nano within 12 months though.
