The latest PM G5 observation

I have the latest/ last PM, a G5 dual core 2.3, and when I open the system profiler the graphics portion doesn't state that I have a PCIe graphics card, it just says PCI. However Apple states that this PM has PCIe graphics, I noticed the new intel imacs have PCIe labeled in the profiler..whats the deal with mine? Or is it just a misnomer by Apple programmers in the profiler?

It's most likely the AGP model since the GeForce 6600 is DDR1 memory @300Mhz.

The Support document has clarifications on differences between the 6600GT, 6600 and 6600LE.

Open your case and note if the AGP 8x slot houses the card. If so you'll have to upgrade to a PCIe aware card to take advantage of PCIe.

    It's PCI-E, don't worry.
