Flash( SWF Animations to any video format

Is there any software hat can convert a Flash (SWF) to any other video format. I want to convert some flash animations that some people sent me to a video format such as AVI, MOV, MPG, WMI, etc.



My end goal is to use iSquint to convert it for the ipod.



Free is obviously best but a little cost wouldn't kill me.

    You can play swf flash movies in Quicktime and export to .mov, .mp4 etc from there. You need the Pro serial code, which costs about $30 from Apple. I think QT Pro is a very handy video tool.



    There are free exporters like QTamateur that will export stuff for free:
