Font Trouble after installing 10.4.6 update

Today, I installed the 10.4.6 update.





Upon rebooting after the install, I know encounter the following problem:





When I run any program, all I have avaialbe is my my computer fonts.

So all of my old document come up with sustitute fonts.







I opened up the Font Book Utility and my user fonts are turned off and I can't turn them on.



I am not that famialr with how OS X handles fonts and I would apprecaite any help in getting my user fonts back or re-installed.
