I have a powerbook with 12" display (os tiger). I have a question:

How do I configure this Mac in order to use the a 17" display and 1280*1024 screen resolution on full screen because it is set to use mirror mode for the displays.

If I choose 1280*1024 screeen resolution it will display this resolution in a 12" area inside the 17" monitor and not on full screeen.

The monitor is a Benq FP71G+.

Thank you

Is this a 14" ibook (white plastic) or 15" powerbook (aluminum)?

Sorry man, it is a 12" powerbook (aluminium).

    I wrote 14" instead of 12".

    So, any help?
