itunes wont let me download music!

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
everytime i try to download music, it says this:



There was an error downloading your purchased music. The network connection is timed out.

Make sure your network setting are correct and your network connection is active, then try again





its been doing that since the first time i tried to purchase music, which was back in december...



anyone know what this means? lol

    sounds like an error in the app, DL the latest version and reinstall, then use the "check for purchased music" command to try and get the tunes.



    If that doesnt work, repair permittions and get all software updates availible.

    thanks...il try that. but is that going to mean that im going to have to reinstall all of my cds?

    No, it'll work fine. I think purchased music now requires iTunes 5 (6?) so that may be it.
