I have had a serious gas problem for years. After a big meal I could pass enough gas to heat a small house. I tried this Beano stuff and wow what a difference. I ate a meal of sauerkraut and pork chops and passed almost no gas. I highly recommend Beano.
Is it better than Gas-X? I find that Gas-X helps with bloating, but the gas seems to still be an issue. Of course, it might help if my diet was not composed almost entirely of tomato sauce, cheese and meat. \
