Record internet radio to iPod?

I don't know how many people out there are following the talk from motorola about releasing a non-iTunes service called iRadio that records streaming audio channels onto your cell.



Why can't apple let us record internet radio onto our iPods? There are a few stations that I really love, and the fact that I can't listen to them on my nano is a major drawback.

    You run into licensing issues with the recording industry and they try to kill fledgling technology like this. Since Apple is in kahoots with them over the iTunes Music store, they don't want to step on the RIAA's toes or give them more leverage to bend arms.



    But there are sweet companies who dare to stand out. 8) Go Griffin Technologies!
