Microsoft Word V. X Equation editor question
Hi all,
I'm familiar with the windows version of Office, and Equation editor is easy to find easy to use. I have Word for Mac V. X, and although it discusses Equation Editor in the Help, it is nowhere to be found in the program. Must it be installed separately? Did I just miss it some how in the initial installation?
Thanks
Chris.

Whether or not Equation Editor was installed is a function of how you installed Office v.X. The applet is on your distribution CD. Reinsert it and do a custom install. It is generally a good idea to install everything.

Thank you. Will this require complete reinstallation, or can I just custom install whatever is missing?

No, it does not require a complete reinstallation. Doing a custom installation adds the files you want in their proper location. It does not have to delete anything.
