Air port card problem

I just bought a Airport card installed it and when I restart the computer I can here the hard drive spinning but the monitor never come on. It is a G4 i-mac. A little history. I had a lighting strike that messed up my ethernet so Apple replaced my logic board.



Help...

    Did you take the Airport card and try rebooting at that point? If so, did it come back up?

    Yep... take the card out and all is well.?
