need "executive resolutions" address

i'm having a lot of trouble with my ipod and tech support is no help - anyone out there have a contact for Apple "executive resolution/solutions"? thanks

    steve@mac.com and sjobs@pixar.com will work as well.



    I believe sjobs@apple.com would be the preferred address in this case.



    And yes, there are indeed cases where Jobs answers himself.
