Hey guys, my sleep light will not work on my brothers 15'' G4 Powerbook. What should i do?

    Try to sleep in the dark. Sounds like a hardware fault. If it's still under warranty, then take it in for service. If not consider if it's worth a hundred bucks to repair?

    Just thought that it may be the machine is not latching properly closed, and triggering sleep... Still a HW fault though.

    I own a Intel Mini Mac and was wondering if there is a way to shut off the sleep

    led? I have tape over it now (quick fix) but that geet's it sticky. Any ideas?

    If you're able to crack the case (see elsewhere or google mac mini putty knife), then you can just unplug its cable on the edge of the logic board.
