Overheating help (Read This)

    Fortunately... there don't seem to be too many people out there with the plastic still on... but at least it's easy enough to fix. I'm guessing the cases are covered in plastic to protect them when the insides of the notebooks are installed. When you open up the MacBook and/or Pro... there are no stickers or film on anything so it's easy to see how someone may not even think to look.



    Yet another thing I love about Apple. I got a wide screen Compaq notebook about two years ago... the thing had stickers all over it... it even had one on the top of the display that went the full length that had to say "Widescreen". An HP I got last year actually had a film on the entire display... how stupid is that? I can understand something that lays between the keyboard and the display... but not a film actually stuck to the display... I was petrified when I was pulling it off because it was really stuck on there.
