Deauthorize error?

In my old job I had 3 computers authorized for my iTunes collection. I'd like to authorize the 4 computers at my new job, but the old computers won't let me deauthorize them. I keep getting errors (#44901 and #390 I think). Is there a way around these errors or a way to authorize more than 5 computers?

Thanks

In extremis, you'll be able to transfer the music by burning to CD-RW and re-importing the songs to Apple Lossless. Keep us informed how you do...

You can contact iTMS support and they can reset your account. This will automatically de-authorize all machines and you can authorize any machines you want.

Sorry, this is probably a dumb question, but how do I comtact them (iTMS support)? I keep getting shunted to the FAQ page.
