Outlook v.X soon?

Does anyone know if Microsoft is planning on releasing or if they are even developing a Mac OS X native version of Outlook anytime soon? Thanks.

    Why on earth didn't they bother doing this in the first place instead of Entourage???



    Just to confuse potential "switchers" I suppose.
