Has anyone heard about formz 4.0?

I thought I'd heard a release date, but now the family plans are all getting pushed back. Has anyone heard about release, or seen a beta build?

    The only thing I can tell you is that Form Z 4.0 rivals (what would eventually be)OS X and Windows XP as the most delayed piece of vaporware in the history of human civilization. It just keeps getting pushed back. They're planning version 3.95 now, and likely 3.96 to 3.99 after that. They've slated it to come out by July, then in the Fall, and probably sometimes in 2003 by now.
