What's good to connect to FTPs in OS X?

What's good to connect to FTPs in OS X? I need to know a good program so I can connect to some... I have tried a few and none of them seem to work well. Any help would be appreciated...

Some people also like <a href="http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=13994&db=mac"; target="_blank">RBrowser Lite</a>.
