Print/Copy/Scan Printer recommendations?

I have an HP PSC 2355 All-in-One Printer/Copier/Scanner which I am growing really annoyed at. Have had lots of difficulty getting the scanner to work with anything on my Mac ("scanner not found"). And HP's software for Mac is 100MB in size and litters your computer with a ton on useless applications.



HP's Tech support website has lots of articles regarding issues their all-in-one's have with Macs.



Anyway, can anyone recommend a basic all-in-one that plays well with Macs?

    We like our Brother MFC 3240C. Plays well with my PB wirelessly with Brother's drivers)and my husband's PC. Brother seems to keep up with Mac on software compatibility and issues drivers promptly.
