I know in the case of Apple vs. Creative, Creative is asking for an injuction court order to stop Apple selling iPods.
BUT my question is if I could have an injuction filed against an employer
The attempt would be to stop their 'evaluation' process. Citing irregularites in their process that leads to unfairness
