How to transfer AOL favorites from old PC to new iMac?

Hey all -



We bought my step-dad a new iMac for his birthday this year. His old computer was a p3 700 Dell Laptop.. It was time.. Anyway he was using AOL on that thing to get online, now that he has the iMac he will not be. How do I get the favorites from AOL on the PC to his new iMac??
