Mouse doesn't work on connected display

I keep my pbook connected to my television via the s-video. Ever since the move to tiger the mouse refuses to drag while clicked over to the tv and when i click within it, the pointer snaps back to the main screen. It's a major annoyance! I'm using a logitech bluetooth mouse. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong, any ideas?

This sounds unusual - what version of OS X are you using and which PowerBook do you own?

The only reason as I can see it that your cursor would snap back to your primary monitor is a bug with logitech's software. Having had so many problems with their software that I've stopped using their products this would seem likely. Are you using their latest driver?
