Adding .Mac 'mail only' accounts

I seem to remember that there used to be a feature where you could add 'mail only' accounts to your existing .Mac account.



You would pay the full amount for your own account, but you could add email addresses for other users and pay a reduced amount for each.



Is this feature still available, and can you use those 'mail only' accounts for iChat or are they really 'mail only'?

In case of iChat, you can just register AIM nicknames and use them instead, its free.
