Something like 300,000 a day, at least at its peak with Congdon.
There are quite a few video casts (or just web video, the "cast" thing is just the latest wrinkle) that are doing booming business, and it looks like a segment that will continue to grow exponentially.
There are a lot of talented people out there who either lack the resources to do "real" TV or whose sensibilities are too quirky to make it past the mainstream media filters, and a lot of viewers hardily sick of the same old same old from network and cable TV.
Yeah, she's like a british woman "playing" quirky.
Hard to say yet, but I'm betting that Congdon takes the brand with her and Rocketboom starts losing viewership.
From the various accounts, first hand and otherwise, I can't tell at all who left who, so I have no rooting interest, but I suspect the partner underestimated the appeal of his "anchor" and thought of Rocketboom as "his".
Have to give him props though, for the the bit in the first episode sans Congdon, where a quick cut shows him on the floor in a fetal position babbling incoherently.
