Will the Mac Pro include Front Row?

Based on the fact that all Macs except the Powermac currently have it, and the Macbook Pro includes it, I'd say yes. I'd personally love having the remote just for DVD watching and the like, I think it's a cute gimmick that makes you really feel that the computer it worth the Apple premium.

Do you think it'll be in, or Apple thinks the pros are too cool for it?

I'd say seeing as the MacBook Pro has it, it wouldn't make sense for the Mac Pro not to.

I think it will, but not because of the MBP - a 'pro' laptop really doesn't have much to do with professionals - it's about screen size and non-integrated graphics.

However, the mac mini does, hence proving that a seperate screen and no iSight does not preclude you from using front row.
