Is that the same for the 30gig as well, a $50 profit for the store?

What about the nanos and the shuffles, any idea?

Do you know how many your store sells a day/week? Is it a big store or a small store?

You'll never become a reseller unless you:

    1) Have a physical storefront

    2) Provide onsite service

    3) Are willing to deal with Apple competing against you.

    4) Are willing to sell product for the exact same price as Apple does. Ever notice there is never more than a $5 variation in pricing on any Mac hardware?

I know this because I tried to become an authorized reseller. You can get authorized for places like Ingram Micro (which I did), but you can't by Apple products without being authorized. Secondly, you'll pay through the nose. A $2000 PowerMac would cost a reseller $1850 or even $1900. Try making a profit at the level...even on the internet.
