3) Are willing to deal with Apple competing against you.
4) Are willing to sell product for the exact same price as Apple does. Ever notice there is never more than a $5 variation in pricing on any Mac hardware?
I know this because I tried to become an authorized reseller. You can get authorized for places like Ingram Micro (which I did), but you can't by Apple products without being authorized. Secondly, you'll pay through the nose. A $2000 PowerMac would cost a reseller $1850 or even $1900. Try making a profit at the level...even on the internet.
