Recording with iSight cam?

Quick question.
Can you record video with your iSight camera and if yes, how?
I'm using a 17" 1.67 ghz powerbook & it has iLife '05 on it.

I don't own an iSight, but can't you record video from capture devices using quicktime player?
(File => New Movie Recording)?
Just wondering.

Yes, you can, but you have to buy QuickTime Pro for that.
The app that bergz linked to is free at the moment.

Yes, you can, but you have to buy QuickTime Pro for that.
