Thinksecret is hard news?

I was astonished while watching Closing Bell on CNBC yesterday; they were talking about tech earnings and Apple specificly, the reporter said "industry news outlet Thinksecret says that apple is set to ..."How is TS, AI, MR and the like considered news sites? they are pure speculation with the occasional "annonymous tip" from a person who is "close to the company"... he said nothing of it being pure speculation, which is as good as a pile of shit 99% of the time...(Powerbook G5, Apple firewire sound interface, touch screen ipod, sub-notebook, sub-$1000 intel notebook, need I go on?)



I laughed, then I thought "dear christ! what are they spinning in the areas where I am not an expert?"

    Yikes, that's kinda scary!



    Not even taking into consideration Think Secret's poor track record as of late, referring to ANY rumor site as a news source is highly dubious.
