Stream iTunes?

I was reading in the latest MacWorld about a program that puts your iTunes collection online and then when you load it, you can even stream the music remotely. Are there any free ways to do this? The idea is that I have iTunes running on my home computer and then am able to remotely connect to it and play it while at work. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

    It's not free, but some $20 or $25 shareware called accessTunes will do the trick.
