iPhoto and thumbnails

There is something wrong with iPhoto. Two of the thumbnails aren't connected to the right picture, and the pictures that they are linked to have two links, their own thumbnail and then the wrong one. Both of these photos came from Photobooth. I like these pictures and I use them for my icon in Adium. Does anybody know how I can find these photos and fix the problem? I've tried to look for them using Spotlight, but I didn't have any luck. I am fairly new to Macs so I might just not have been looking correctly. Thanks in advance for the help.

iPhoto does sometimes get out of sync with itself. Try rebuilding your thumbnails.

implies that you know where the pics are stored, no?

So i don't get the question how to find the pics?

Anyway, first i'd put a copy of said pics to somewhere

else than iPhoto, for example, drag them onto the desktop.

Than trash said pics. Afterward reimport the pics, that should fix

the broken links to the thumbnails. At least that worked for me once.

Thanks for the help. I rebuilt the library and that worked. I tried the copy to desktop thing but it just copied the other pictures that the thumbnail was linked to not the actual thumbnail picture.
