The chat (not exactly about the forums)

The main complaint I have is simple, and that is "Why is the chat never active?". I'm surprised that no one is ever in the IRC chatroom, seeing as the forum has usually upwards of 100 active users and 15-20 active registered members at one time.



I know this isn't a problem per se, but this is supposedly a feedback forum, so I'm giving feedback.
