iFon
I know a lot of people like to rant against this product, and I am certainly not predicting a WWDC release of an Apple mobile phone, but what the heck...
I want to see Steve, toward the end of his keynote, get a phone call on stage and whip out his greatest one more thing yet, a new Apple mobile phone with iCal and Address Book inegration, Wifi (that is easy to turn on and off) and VOIP iChat with Skype support.
Heck, I demand it!
Who is with me?!?
Insane enough for Temporary Insanity?

If we want to go down this road here's something I'd really like to see...
- A normal 'POTS' phone and/or VOIP
- Cordless base-station supporting 6/8 handsets
- Wifi/BT/Ethernet in the base-station
- iSync with Address Book (via BT or Wifi)
- Windows Sync with '?????' (whatever they use for address book)
- 'Advanced' handsets that allow for internet browsing, IM and Email type stuff
- simcard support (for 2nd line) that allows you to answer cell phone calls from home phone
- simcard support (for 2nd line) that allows you to use free weekend/evening minutes from any phone in the house.
Benefits?
- No cellular carriers & standards to deal with.
- Marketable to most everywhere in the world w/o needing different models (perhaps just different 'connection kits').
- Give Apple a launching/learning point for their eventual move to cellular.
- I'm betting WAY easier to make a profit from.
Yea for you kids who never spend time at home this ISN'T what you're looking for (but then neither would any VOIP stuff) but for many of us who do spend time at home this would be a great phone.
