Trouble Mailing Word & PDF Attachments

Lately when I attach either a Word or PDF file onto an email and send it out using Mail, the recipiant gets a file that he or she can't open. The files usually read .mime...Multi-Purpose Internet Mail.



If I send the same files directly from .Mac webmail...no problems.



Anyone know how to correct this problem?

    OK. Make sure that you select Edit/Attachments > Always Send Windows Friendly Attachments.
