need assisstance

i have a westeren digital hard drive and i have been using it on my windows but i just ordered my new mac pro. the hdd is in fat32 format, will the mac pro read it? or will i lose all my data and it be re-formatted?

    For some time, OS X has been able to read and write FAT32 formatted drives. You should have no problems with it. The only concern that I can see is if your drive is a SATA drive, or is it an ATA drive. The Mac Pro is purely a SATA compatible machine.
