Display Question

For the 20" Cinema Display, 23" Cinema Display, and 20" iMac, the specifications are the following:

20" Cinema Display: Brightness: 300 cd/m2, Contrast ratio: 700:1

23" Cinema Display: Brightness: 400 cd/m2, Contrast ratio: 700:1

20" iMac: Brightness: 280 cd/m2, Contrast ratio: 800:1

17" MacBook Pro: Brightness: ?? , Contrast ratio: ??

The iMac has a greating Contrast Ratio as compared to the Cinema Displays; but the 23" Cinema Display has greating Brightness as compared to the 20" iMac.

So which one is better?? I would like to assume the Cinema Display but the iMac has a greater Contrast Ratio. I might thing that a photogragher who only works with photos in Black and White might be more concerned with having a better Contrast Ratio than with having a greater Brightness.

Does anyone have any insight??

P.S. I con't find specs for Brightness or Contrast Ratio for the MacBook Pro on the Apple website. Does anyone know what it is, and how does it compare to the iMac and Cinema Displays?
