Set up Windows Media Streaming to Jump to Location?

We're trying to figure out at work how to configure a Windows Media Encoder and/or Windows Media Server to allow jumping to locations within a video without having to load the entire file. For example, jumping to 1 hour into a 2 1/2 hour meeting.



Any ideas?

    I think you need to use the ASF format for that.
