I hate it. It automatically rearranged all of my photos out of my folders (that I spent the last two years arranging) into years.....

So I want a new photo orgainisation app.

I know Picasa doesn't exist for OS x yet, but for now what would a good application be for viewing and managing pictures?

You know you can tell iPhoto 6 to not do that, right? You can just tell it to work with your current folder structure without changing anything. It's not the default, but the option does exist. Check iPhoto's preferences.

Once you start adding photos into iPhoto, it's actually quite nice. It took a while for people to get used to iTunes because it abstracts the files from the user. iPhoto is pretty similar in this respect.

I HATE iTunes! HATE HATE HATE IT!!!

It ripped all 500 of my CDs at 128 kbs. 128 kbs!!! That is SHIT for any decent speaker system or headphone set. I need at LEAST 256 kbs, and prefer 320 kbs, or even better, lossless AIFF files.

But no, iTunes rips at 128 kbs. What a ripoff.

Both Monkey Islands and Grim fandango were excellent games, from long past era when games still had some content instead of online game play and 3d graphichs.

I hate Safari for being a browser which takes advantage of the operating system's services and yet still manages to suck.

We've had this discussion before: http://forums.appleinsider.com/showthread.php?t=64278 -- I'm afraid the options are all disappointing. If you come across something better, please let me know, I'm trying to do the same thing you are.
