Woo hoo! No more mooing

I guess you didn't actually read the words in the box that popped up before the restart?

That would be a negative
The mooing was the only thing making my MacBook not perfect for me. The sound was more quiet than the fans on most notebooks... it was just the constant on and off that would make it more noticeable (and quite distracting). This is a welcome and appreciated update.
Moo sound fixed.... From what I understand, the fan runs constant at a low speed so you won't hear the start, stop sound that was causing the moo-ing. Most people are reporting generally lower temps as well (which would make sense).
Applied the update a few hours ago. The fan comes on at a lower temperature than before (around 75 Celsius instead of 82 C), which is a good thing. Here comes the "laptop" again...
When I did a stress test of about 15mins (100% processor activity), the upper left part of my 2.0 MB was cooler than before, you could easily touch that area, but of course the fans were turning full speed. Temperature was between 82 and 88 C (depending on processor speed which varies between 2.0 GHz and 1.67 GHz). After I quit the test, though, the fans kept on turning full speed for more than one minute, then slowed down when the temperature reached 50 C, and completely turned off after about two and a half minutes.
EDIT: stress test was done using two instances of Terminal using the "yes > /dev/null" command. Temperature measuring was done using "Core Duo Temperature" software.
