Diggnation macbook problems?

Did anyone see the most recent episode of Diggnation where Kevin's Macbook Black appeared to be on the Fritz for the first few minutes? What the heck was going on with that?

    If he was silly enough to pay so much extra for the black color, then my guess is it was an ID-10-T error...

    Maybe it was just drunk and had to sober up... it made it though the show okay.
