Two-finger right click doesn't work after battery swap on MB

I did a search here and didn't find anything, if there is please PM a link and delete this thread.

Everyone knows about the two-finger crtl-click on the MB's and 17 MBP. I love it, but there is a problem.

Sometimes I swap out the batteries the on my MB through the day. I have two batteries and my girlfriend has a Black-MP so I am constantly swapping ours out. When you put the computer to sleep via APPLE>SLEEP ( I don't think it works if you just close) and then remove the battery and put a new one it, the two-finger right click doesn't work. The option is still turned on in the systems preferences, but it doesn't work until a restart.

Note that is reloads the ram from the hard drive during this process (the little progress bar on the bottom for a few moments.

Could someone else test this out (you can even if you don't have another battery, just take it out for a minute)?
