So I just checked the Mac Pro's backside on the Internet. Is there some sort of converter for the 3 different colored headphone jacks I've now go to what the Mac Pro has, or do I need a sound card? And if I need a sound card, how hard is it to find a Mac one?

If it doesn't have an optical input, then you'll probably need sound card. I'm not sure whether the M-Audio Revolution 5.1 or 7.1 is gonna work in the Mac Pro, it was the best (only?) choice for the G5.

I'm now looking at this: http://www.amazon.com/Griffin-FireWa...&s=electronics

but I'm not sure it works in bootcamp, and I don't want to have to buy both a sound card and that thing.

Ya, it's a real shame the 530's won't work with the Mac Pro.
