Where'd the space go?

I know this is a common question, but I've scoured the threads and can't find the name of the program people recommend.

I have an 80 GB Macbook, have owned it for a month, and only have 15 GB of space left. I'd love to know what's taking up so much space...how can I find out?

Thanks!

Hmmm I know iWeb (or whatever its name is) uses a LOT of space because of all the stationairy templates. I deleted iWeb, since I only use Dreamweaver/PHP/SQL.

Another thing you could try: do a Spotlight search for all files sorted by filesize.

The easiest way I can think of is to use OmniDiskSweeper.

I'm a licensed user, and I love it. Not a thrilling app, but very handy.

You could try Disk Inventory X...

    Any help?

I tried OmniDisk Sweeper and it does exactly what I want, so thank you!

And thanks AllBrain for the suggestion, if this ever falls through I'll be sure to try yours.

Garage Band is greedy space wise too. I have no use for it and deleted it.
