External Hard Drives!

I'm looking to purchase an external hard drive in the next month or two and I would like to know the experiences members have had with them. I would like to have USB 2.0 and Firewire 400 capabilities. I found this: http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPL...lm=TF248LL%2FA and it looks like it's exactly what I want. I don't need a huge drive, 100 GB to 250 GB would be just fine. So what do you think? Are there any brands that are better than others?

    go to www.newegg.com or www.nextag.com



    don't buy from the apple store unless you are buying apple products, you'll inevitably waste money...



    things in the apple store are usually at MSRP or close to it..... you won't ever save money shopping there.



    anyways, i would buy an enclosure and HD separately....



    what are you going to use it for primarily.

    I got an Accomdata drive from CompUSA that I've been happy with. Kind of a no name, but stupid cheap. They seem to always have some kind of deal on them.
