i'm sick and tired of manually backing up my stuff on my external HD.



For OS X, what can you guys (and girls) advise as a solution? I want to plug in my firewire HD and have my user folder synch with my backed up folder on my external HD.



There seem to be a million and one products, but dunno which one is enough or too much

Simple solutions are <a href="http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=14521&db=mac"; target="_blank">LaCie's SilverKeeper</a> and Dantz' Retrospect Express which is bundled with a lot of devices. They both work very well and are easy to use. you could also just do a simple <a href="http://www.versiontracker.com/mp/new_search.m?productDB=mac&mode=Quick&OS_Filter=Ma cOSX&search=backup" target="_blank">search for "backup" on versiontracker</a> which would give you quite a few nice solutions to numerous backup strategies.
