heat mitigating pads for MacBook Pro or PPC palm area, please help!

I am in horrible pain from the heat that is produced from my PPC. The problem areas are the right and left sides below the keyboard area and to the right and left of the trackpad area. I would love to fund some set of covers that can go over these areas to protect my hands from the discomfort and heat that I am constantly dealing with. This is particularly hard for me because I work on the computer for very long periods at a time. I wish it were as simple as a battery recall, but my serial number is not part of the group. Thanks a great deal for your help, I am dying here. I might even have to give up on getting a new pro and get just the MB, the horror! haha

    Can't you just use an external keyboard and mouse with your notebook?

    Not really because I am in law school and can;t really whip out the old wireless mouse and keyboard in class.

    I was able to get a pair of thin white soft pads for my white MB and these can be pasted on the palm areas via an adhesive back side. It keeps the heat off my palms and also saves my MB from the discoloration that tends to occur on these areas. It can also be removed once it gets dirty without leaving any trace on the areas. You can also still close the laptop lid just as if the pads are not there. I forgot the brand but i was able to get it from Juzz 1 in Singapore. You can try to contact them at www.juzz1.com.sg
